Bridge It provides young women who have experienced the out-of-home-care system or homelessness with a home, a community, and the support to thrive.

Home is safe. Home is a happy place. Home is here. Come on in; our kettle’s always on. Together, we can put an end to youth homelessness.

Our Bridge

We provide homes and support to 17 – 21-year-old women. Stays at our Cocoon are for 12-18 months.
This means there’s time to stabilise, learn life and living skills and move positively into adulthood.
