Who We Are

Bridge It is an Australian registered charity providing homes to 17–21-year-old women who have experienced the out-of-home care system or homelessness.

Founded in 2021, we burst onto the Melbourne scene to address a big gap in the system.

It was time to Bridge It.

The brains behind Bridge It bring together decades of experience from across the homelessness and mental health sector.

So, we wholeheartedly believe our Cocoon program can play a part in ending youth homelessness in Australia.
