Bridge It is proud to offer high quality, affordable, conveniently located, and supportive housing in the heart of St Kilda. We do this through our collaboration with HousingFirst, a Community Housing provider who has been providing housing in the City of Port Phillip area for 35 years.

First Floor | Shared Onsite Laundry

Studio Apartment

Studio apartment located in the heart of St Kilda. The apartment is a short walk to Fitzroy Street. The apartment itself has a living / bedroom area, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is a communal laundry within the apartment building. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by a flight of stairs.

The accommodation is available for 30% of income, plus commonwealth rental assistance. Bills are charged at $37.50 per week including electricity and water.

• Identify as female,
• Between 17 and 24 years old
• Have previously been in care
• Have a Home Stretch package.
• Want to engage in support and groups.

Bridge It will provide support around independent living as well as a range of fun and therapeutic groups.

This accommodation is not deemed pet friendly due to there being no outside space, exemptions apply for assistance animals. Leases are offered for 12 months.
