Bridge It’s Birth

Who We Are

Bridge It is an Australian registered charity supporting 17-21 year-olds exiting out-of-home care.

Founded in 2021, we burst onto the Melbourne scene to address a big gap in the system.

It was time to Bridge It.

We offer homes and support to people who need it most.

The brains behind Bridge It bring together decades of experience from across the homelessness sector.

So, we wholeheartedly believe our Cocoon support model can play a part in ending homelessness.
